A good pair of jeans

Josh Lee, a student from the University of Alberta (Canada), has beaten a particular record to
wear the same pair of jeans for 15 months, without washing them just to show the lack of
laundry in his pants doesn’t have hygiene consequences.
After wearing them for 450 days, Josh took a sample from his pants to demonstrate the number
of bacteria it had stored. Later he washed up his jeans and after wearing it for two more weeks
then he checked once again the number of bacteria they had was exactly the same in the cloth.
It was amazing to see the number of bacteria in both times was almost the same. Most of the
bacteria were in the pubic area where more than 8,500 and 10,000 bacteria were found per
square centimeter. Josh confessed, the worst part of this was the smelling after the seventh
month when a trip to California.
Rachel McQueen from University of Alberta concluded and suggested that jeans just need to
be washed once a month.
