SCRIPT FOR 53RD GRADUATION EXERCISES

S.Y. 2018-2019

[Announcement that Ceremony is About to Begin]

The Glan-Padidu National High School graduation excises is about to begin.


We remind you to turn your cell phones to silent mode and be courteous around you by
refraining from talking aloud. During the presentation of graduates, we encourage you to express
pride by applauding and cheering.

Reading of School’s Brief History/Background

The oldest public secondary school in the municipality of Glan, Brgy. Glan-Padidu, Glan,
Sarangani which was founded on February 26, 1967 and started as a Bario High School catering
students from barangays of Tango, Lago, Kapatan, Calabalol, Tapon, Kiogam, Ilaya, Mudan and
Poblacion.
It occupies 4 hectares of the 16-hectares school site reservation approved on October 7,
1920.
Located - 350 meters from the National Highway; 700 meters from the shoreline and is in
between Malapatan and Glan
1993 – the annexes were separated into independent schools – Pangyan NHS, Leonard
Young NHS, and San Vicente NHS.
At present, the school is investing and still counting on the partnership of teachers,
parents, students and stakeholders towards its goal to meet and address the need of providing
excellent and relevant educational services measured by skilled, competitive, productive and
responsible learners.
Today marks another success, as we hold its 53 rd Graduation exercises. This much

awaited ceremony is a living proof of the quality of education that has been imparted to the

students. It is a culmination of the hard work that everyone have put in. It is a special moment

cheered on by all the guests present.

As Nelson Mandela said Education is the most powerful weapon which we can use to

change the world”.

Let us witness the processional march of the Senior High School Graduates Batch 2018-2019

CLUEH: Humanities and Social Sciences and Technical Vocational Track composed of
Cosmetology, Aquaculture, Agriculture and GMAW learners together with their proud parents.

BRYLLE: Marching with them are the Teaching and Non-Teaching personnel of GPNHS
headed by Mr. Roy D. Tribunalo, with Mrs. Marilyn R. Del Pilar, HT- III /JHS Department Head
and Mrs. Felma T. Cagatin, HT – II/ SHS Department Head.
