     Specifications of the drone must be attached with this form.

    Note:
    1. Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) reserves the right to stop the operation of the drone if deemed necessary.
    2. This permit has been issued on condition that, the drone be operated with the authorization from Maldives Civil Aviation Authority,
    and that Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) premises, and all facilities under MNDF be excluded from the video coverage.
