Pedagogy

Activity
I will prepare my students for the history learning objective 2.4 by
conducting an inquiry-based instruction to spark their interest into
the new learning material. We will discuss openly as a class how
these influential figures changed the lives of Americans. After the
open discussion, I will ask questions that would require them to
remember what we previously discuss. After they have
acknowledged their understanding, I will encourage the students to
apply their new knowledge. I would then ask for them to draw the
individual that inspired them the most and have them make a rough
draft of thought bubbles to further help them with their creating
assignment. I would double check their work for any errors and
then give them the green light to start working on their assignment. I
would pass out laptops or iPads and tell them to go to the site
https://www.storyboardthat.com to create their very own comic strip
of their most inspiring person from the list provided.
