1. Name of the project: VIEWS Portfolio Reporting, JP Morgan Chase


Technologies: Manual Testing, Quality centre 9.2

Project Description: Views Portfolio Reporting (VPR) is J.P. Morgan’s flagship reporting
platform — a powerful and easy-to-use tool that offers clients ‘any view, any time’. Clients can
query, view, print and export professional quality reports. In addition to the standard reports
available, simple modifications allow clients to customize their reports to meet specific needs.
Views Portfolio Reporting allows you to create reports with a single reporting tool for custody,
accounting, securities lending, FX, transfer agency, investment operations services and alternative
investments and share with colleagues using flexible desktop templates.

Responsibilities:

2. Name of the project: Intellect Payment Hub, JP Morgan Chase and Group Santander
Bank.

Project Description: As part of the Wholesale Banking area, JP Morgan and Banco Santander
want to offer its corporate customers a common window to process all their mass payments in the
LATAM region. Intellect Payment Hub (IPH) project aims to address the forward and backward
flows of tasks while processing files and transactions between Corporate to IPH and IPH to JPMC
and Santander Bank Back Offices. This strategy will help the bank to move away from a multi
local capability to a truly global capability of offering consistent services to the Global Corporate
Clients.

3. Name of the project: Middle Market SSP, MetLife client, US

Project Description: MetLife.com Single Session Purchase (SSP) will consist of user interface
designed to allow customer service representatives (CSR) to capture prospect responses to Term
Life application questions. This electronic application on MetLife.com will be accessible to CSRs
for each initiated life application initiated by MetLife Representatives via the existing QuickMet
system. The electronic application on MetLife.com SSP is limited for the simple purpose of
capturing responses from the prospect. Once the data capture is completed on the MetLife.com
system, the process of processing the life application will continue business as usual.

Project Description: The Corporate e-Business vision for the redesign of the MetLife.com site is
to drive people measurably closer to working with MetLife. The Content Manager enables a user
to create, manage, and organize web site content using the Content Manager Explorer — a
browser-based interface that is used to access, create, edit, and publish content. Tridion is a
Content Management Tool which is used to create the component with the schema according to
the requirements (SRS). Kana system helps us to verify the request (data) submitted by the user
through MetLife URLs.

5. Name of the project: System testing of Global Pack Management Upgrade (GPMU)
System, GSK client, UK

Project Description: This is an upgrade project of GPM and the purpose of the Global Pack
Management Upgrade (GPMU) Project is to implement and roll out a strategic upgrade to the
existing GPM system. This is to include new technical infrastructure, functionality and training
and support functions.

6. Name of the project: MBL: FIX protocol Offshore Testing, Macquarie Securities
Limited, Hong Kong
Technologies: Resolve Test management tool, Manual Testing

Project Description: MBL provides trading services to buy-side institutions for the clients in US,
Australia, New Zealand and Asian markets. All the buy-side clients make a single dedicated
connection to Single Point Of Entry (SPOE), a routing application built over the Cameron FIX
Engine, which in turn routes the FIX messages to Order Management System (OMS) to either
Market Trader or IRESS (sell-side) based on standard routing rules (FIX protocols) which are
implemented in SPOE.
