Solustion for ADL my Friend Ambulanting: - help the patient walk to the bathroom - give a chair to take a bath while sitting - give proper sitting directions when bathing - continue to be monitored by nurses when patients do it themselves. - teach the patient to stand for a long time so as not to depend on the toilet seat
Hygiene:
- Help her shave
- Prepare the shaver beforehand - Guide the patient to shave independently - give directions to avoid irritation - do this so that the patient does not need an assistant when shaving
