The basic tasks for the minute-taker:
1. Taking rough notes that accurately reflect the decisions and discussion that took
place during the meeting
2. Writing up those notes in an agreed format so that information can be easily
discerned and communications are clear, thus avoiding any confusion.
Responsibilities and ownership must be clearly indicated within the minutes.
3. Copying and distributing the minutes to all relevant people as detailed in the
Participants sections.
4. Ensuring that a copy is filed appropriately, keeping all minutes together in a file for
future reference

General feedback regarding the way in which the meeting was conducted:

The overall meeting satisfy with the meeting starting time and the purpose of the meeting. Most of the
procedure follow the agenda. However, the chairperson could not focus on every participants opinion due to
the time limitation. Every participants want to have a say during the meeting and different comments are come
up. It is difficult for the chairperson to make a decision and the meeting time was overrun.
