Transaction Modules:

The Transaction Modules in Exenta HRMS will help HR Manager to check employee transaction
details. HR can have a track on Manage Transaction, Probation, Employee Promotion,
Increment etc.

Transaction Process How it Works?


If employee are getting transferred or location change HR / Reporting manager can initiate the
process by log in to their HRMS Portal

Step 1: From HR Login page they select Transaction Tab.

Click on Transaction Tab Employee will be taken to another page for initiating the process. Click
on Employee Transfer ( this is for Changing Reporting Manager, Designation Changes, Location
Change etc)

Step 2: Reporting Manager / HR Manager need to click on Initiate Transfer Request which is
green colored tab. Once they click the tab respective Managers need to fill following details to
process.
Click on Add Employee, Select the effective Date ( from when the employee Designation, Reporting
Manager, Location or Department Change dates, Add the reason.

Select the transaction Type

Company / Branch,

Department

Job Title etc

Once the concern person fill’s all these details then they need to click on Submit Button

For processing the request.

Step 3: Reporting Manager / HR manager will get notification on their Home Page to complete
the process. Respective Manager need to click on To Do list from Notification Page. Once they
click the To Do list they will get another page to complete the whole process
Click on the final approval for completing the process.

Step 4: Once the final approval is done HR / Reporting Manager can view the status completed
list from the page.

Step 5 : For any other transaction like Salary Increment, Manage Contract, Manage Trainee,
Quick Transaction, Issuing Transaction letter, kindly Click on transaction tab and on you right
hand side select the option to initiate
