NEWCASH (Magician of Money Lending Corp) is the

newest company in the Philippines to engage in

the financial services via online loan application

which can be operated through mobile app

anytime and anywhere. Only Four (4) Steps and

10-20 Minutes of processing and your loan will be

immediately approved and your money will arrive

swiftly.

In its operation and processing of loan applications,

NEWCASH takes your privacy very seriously. Below

is the company’s Privacy Policy applicable to the

use of this mobile app. NEWCASH explains what

personal information we collect, with whom we

share it, and how you can prevent NEWCASH from

sharing certain information with certain parties.

You should read this Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Certain sections may apply differently to various

users and its location.

Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the use of:

1. NEWCASH mobile application software (“App”)

available on our site (coming soon) or hosted

on the Google Play Store and Apple Store

(soon), once you have downloaded the App on

you mobile smartphone.

 2. Any of the services accessible and available

through the NEWCASH App.

Definition of Terms

“Personal Data” or “Personal Information” refers to

any information whether recorded in a material

form or not, from which the identity of an

individual is apparent or can be reasonably and

directly ascertained by the entity holding the

information, or when put together with other

information would directly and certainly identify an

individual

This definition includes those of personal

information submitted for the character references.

“Sensitive Personal Information” refers to Personal

1) About an individual’s race, ethnic origin,

marital status, age, color, and religious,

philosophical or political affiliations;

2)About an individual’s health, education,

genetic or sexual life of a person, or to any

proceeding for any offense committed or

alleged to have been committed by such

person, the disposal of such proceedings, or

the sentence of any court in such proceedings;

3)Issued by government agencies peculiar to an

individual which includes, but not limited to,

social security numbers, previous or current

health records, licenses or its denials,

suspension or revocation, and tax returns; and

4)Specifically established by an executive order

or an act of Congress to be kept classified.

INFORMATION NEWCASH COLLECT

NewCash may collect, use and share Customer

Information. Customer Information may be

requested by NewCash and may be collected from

you directly by any authorized representative or

from any of the character reference that you have

voluntarily provided to NewCash, with an express

warranty that you have secured the consent of

your character reference in giving their personal

information to NewCash, including those publicly

available information and it may be generated or

combined with other information available to

NewCash.
NewCash may collect the following information

about you, which may include personal and/or

sensitive personal information:

 Information you give us ( Information

submitted): provided by filling in forms in the

MobileApp or on the App Site (together with

NewCash website): provided by

communicating with us ( either thru

submission via app, sending of e-mail or

message thru social media ) provided by

registering to use the App Site, downloading or

registering the MobileApp, subscribing to any

of our services (such as applying or renewing a

personal loan), searching for an App or

Service, sharing data via an App’s social media

functions, joining a promo, contest or survey;

and including your name, residential address,

 e-mail address, phone number, age, gender,

username, password and other information

needed for registration, including financial and

credit information, personal description,

occupation and office address, photograph,

including valid government identification

cards.

 Information we collect about you and your

device. Each time you visit our website or our

MobileApp, the information we may collect

includes but is not limited to the following:

technical information, including, the type of

mobile device you use, unique device

identifiers including the device’s serial number

or IMEI, information about the SIM card used

by the Device, mobile network information,

your device operating system

information that is left when users log in to the

website and server, as well as other personally

identifiable information shared with our business

partners.

This privacy policy is not applicable to

organizations that do not belong to the NewCash or

non-NewCash employees.

If you do not have a successful loan, the

information you leave will not be leaked, and the

information you provide will only be used for loan

review purposes, and the information will never be

used for other purposes.

If you do not repay during the repayment period,

we have the right to access and use the your

personal contact information, including FB,

Instagram, Google+, etc.

This privacy policy constitutes an inseparable part

of the NewCash User Agreement and must be read

together with the NewCash User Agreement

including but not limited to Clause 6 (on Privacy

Protection) of the NewCash User Agreement.

Collection and Use of Information

Camera: Allow us to access your camera or

execute the image / video from the relevant

device;

Internet: Allow us to access your Internet status;

Location: Our jurisdiction to access your location

information;

Contact: Allow access to the phone book, to review

a full credit information. We'll manage the data

from ISO -2701 1 standard pre -approval.

The NewCash will collect your personally

identifiable information when you register a Flash

Cashloan account, use other NewCash products or

services, access NewCash web pages, or

participate in promotional or prize winning games.

The NewCash also collects personally identifiable

information from our business partners.

When you register a NewCash account, we will ask

for your name, email address, interests, birthday,

gender and personal webpage, in addition to

borrower information. When customer registration

is required customer identity information (such as

SSS), job information, the nearest person who can

be contacted in emergency situations and others.

Communication information. Call history, sms,

contacts and more. Sensitive information. IMEI,

GPS, ISP, IP, mobile id, customer's mobile number

and others. Other information. Accident application

usage, catalog of customer information needed to

install apps and more.

Once you are successfully registered with

the NewCash, we will be able to identify you when

you log in to the server.

The NewCash uses this information to enhance the

quality of the services that we provide and to

improve the effectiveness to better tailor our

services to your interests and needs.

Disclosure and Sharing of Information

When you submit the information, it shall be

deemed as your consent to the NewCash’s

regarding the collection, storage, use and

disclosure of your personal information by the

Flash Cashloan. The NewCash will never display,

rent or sell your personally identifiable information

to others.
The following circumstances are
excluded:

When your desired products and services can only

be provided if your personal information is

disclosed;

When we are required to provide information to the

companies that provide products or services on our

behalf; (unless we notify you otherwise, these

companies do not have the right to use your

personally identifiable information); When we are

required to comply with a court summons, court

order or to comply with a legal process;

When we discover that you have violated the terms

of use of the NewCash, NewCashglobal village or

any other products or services.

The NewCash is not responsible for any collection,

disclosure and/or use of your personal information

provided by you to any third party's website which

may be linked to or from our website.

Web Beacons (if applicable)

Our webpages include electronic images (known as

a "pixel GIF" or a "beacon") that allow the website

to calculate the number of webpage users or users

that have saved a certain cookie. The ways in

which the NewCash uses beacons include:

At any time, you have the right to edit

your NewCash account information and

preferences, including whether you would like to

receive information on the latest products from the

Flash Cashloan.

Your NewCash account is password protected to

ensure the security of your privacy and

information. Under certain conditions,

the NewCash uses the universally accepted SSL

encryption system to ensure the security of

information transfer.

NewCash respect your privacy. Personally

identifiable information provided to NewCashwill be

database under our control.NewCash has taken
