How To Use Your Learning Centre
 First read the no ces at the top of the page (1 or 2 coloured boxes) then click the “X” at the top right of
each box to provide more space on your screen. They will display again a er you log in next me.
 A er log in click on (select) the HARMONIZED LLQP course study materials from the naviga on area and
a lower menu will appear to select the course modules from.
A er selec on of the Harmonized LLQP and then a Course Selec on (Life Insurance for example) you will see
your course study modules to the right side.
LLQP TRAINER AUDIOS
Your SeeWhy Learning exam prepara on study tools include trainer audios on the
key concepts; we recommend that you listen to these audio lessons before
proceeding with your readings, and complete the applicable sec ons in the audio
lessons workbook. You have the op on to listen to the audios online or
download them individually as MP3 audio files. We encourage you to print the
workbook and take notes in it about the audios that you listen to. You will find
the audios very informal as they use everyday easy‐to‐understand language.
LLQP TRAINER AUDIOS
Online Study Guide (textbook summary): An interac ve way to read the textbook summary
(study guide) that includes flipping pages, single page view, zoom and full screen, bookmark pages,
and search content.
Game Show Module: While this is not a requirement to complete

your course study, they are fun, educa onal, and a way to relax
before doing some serious study.
Match Game Module: While this also is not a requirement to complete

To Start or Con nue with a study module simply click on the bu ons to the right side of each one.
Presented to you in the same format that an instructor would teach and
then ask you a ques on in a classroom environment.
Flash Cards are not tests or exams but quickly teach you the “must know”
concepts from the LLQP course.
Do not skip the Flash Cards. It is important that you complete each set.
They play an important role in your exam success.

Flash Cards are not scored as they are interac ve instruc on showing you answers and explaining
the answers rather than tes ng you on them. IMPORTANT: Click on NEXT (top or bo om) on the
Flashcards Complete screen.
VERY IMPORTANT: To register/track your progress and module comple on, along with automa cally
re‐enrolling it so you can do it again later, you MUST click on COMPLETE COURSE. This does NOT
complete your course study—only this study module.
We recommend that you return to the le side naviga on menu. You will find the study module that you
just completed is able to be started again at any me. Now go to the next module in your study.
Quizzes are short tests of the knowledge you acquired by doing the
accompanying Flash Cards.
Select the answer you feel is correct and the next page will let you know if
you are right or wrong and display the correct answer with an explana on.
Do not memorize ques ons and answers but understand the concepts
behind them. Understanding the concepts will assist you in recognizing
answers to just about any ques on.
Aim for at least 80% or higher. Redo the Flash Cards and Quiz un l you
reach that goal!
Quizzes are exam level of difficulty ques ons and answers. You are now being
tested on your knowledge and corrected if you select the wrong answer. Read the
ques on, select the answer then click on SUBMIT (not Next)
Quiz Answers and Explana ons: A er submi ng your answer you are shown the correct answer complete
with a trainer explana on. Make sure to read the answer explana on as it is part of the learning process to
understand the concepts. The answer explana on box can scroll if answer is too long to display. Then click on
Next to go to the next ques on.
Quiz last ques on/answer. When you complete the last ques on you must click on SUBMIT & REVIEW
VERY IMPORTANT: To complete your quiz you need to click on FINISH and it will display your score and the
link to COMPLETE the quiz and auto re‐enrol it so you can do it again

quiz score and auto‐re‐enrol it so that you can do it again.
The SeeWhy Learning Prac ce Exams are at the same level of difficulty as
the real exams.

Do the prac ce exam as if it was the real exam. Set aside the same amount
of me as each exam will have for the real exam.

What are these ques ons before the Prac ce Exam? There are two (2) of them and you
ABSOLUTELY want to see these ps! These have to be answered correctly before you can
enter the prac ce exam.

NOTES and TIPS:

 Only Quizzes and Prac ce Exams are scored.
 Flash Cards show either as complete or display approximate “progress” if not finished.
 The Online Study Guide is a “book” online and does not display actual progress.
 You must FINISH and COMPLETE any module to properly acquire the knowledge required to
be successful on your real exam.
 Do not do par al study modules ‐ finish what you start.
 Aim for 80% or higher on all Quizzes and Prac ce Exams. In the relaxed atmosphere and “no
pressure” of self‐study you will score higher than on the real exam. Aim high and you will
pass.
