 Pieces can be in solo, duet, trio, or quartet only.
Pieces involving more than 4 may be allowed upon
the discretion of the Musical Director.
 Maximum time for a recital piece is 5 minutes.
Pieces longer than 5 minutes must obtain approval
from the Musical Director.

 Minimum of 6 sessions designed to introduce the
instrument to the student and to guide him/her in
the recital
 1 session per week = 1-2 hours
 To accommodate for the differences in schedule,
there will be 2-3 batches per week, choose a batch
where you are available.
 Schedule: Tuesday 6-8PM, Friday 6-8 PM, Saturday V. Salidummay
1-3 PM (schedule may be adjusted as necessary)  Date: April 2020 and May 2020

VI. Announcement for New Members
 You are given one time-slot in Lumiere to showcase
your talent as a batch. Make sure to meet and
communicate with your batch.
 Choose a batch leader on or before September 25
(Wednesday). Batch leader must be a UPM
undergraduate student.
 Present your batch name on October 5 tutti
rehearsals.

 Note:
o There are no sectionals for piano, viola,
cello, and flute. Instead, you will be
assessed by the Musical Director every tutti
rehearsals.
