NARRATIVE REPORT

PHYSICAL EDUCATION 101

This is my last day of exercise as for the week 1. As for my last exercise I did a
fat burning low impact cardio. I did a high knee pushes. But the high knees do not
require a sprint because this is a low cardio workout.

Second is a slow burpee. This is an easy modification of burpees who wants to


do burpee that is low impact and not so tiring.
Next were a side lunge and a twist. In here you will do a side lunge then you will
twist on the other side to let your torso rotate also this is also a workout for the legs
because of the lunges. 1 minute for each side.

As for my last exercise I did a 4 twist and a toe touch. You will twist your torso
four times then you will crunch down to touch your toe. This is a good abdominal and
legs workout. Overall, on this 5 day exercise I feel weary but I also feel energized every
morning after every workout. I am longing to have changes in my body after all of these
workouts.
