Since the inception of the Service Department at Energy Control Systems in June of 2008, we
have provided Service nation-wide with a team of approximately 100 field service engineers.
Many of our technicians have over 15 years of experience not only in UPS units but also DC
systems of all sizes.

Our Service Department offers a wide variety of coverages ranging from one-time options such
as;
- Preventive maintenance
o UPS units as well as battery banks
- Battery replacement
o All name brands as well as several high-quality alternatives
- Evaluation visits
- Site Surveys

In addition to the listed one-time options, ECS is also pleased to offer single as well as multi-
year term comprehensive contracts that cover what the customers are looking for without having
to pay for options that they do not want. By operating in this manner, our customers are not
being held captive by having to pay for standard offerings that contain items that they do not
want but rather paying for what is important to them. ECS provides custom comprehensive
tailored plans that are fit what customers need without the high prices associated with OEM
plans.
