complex known as _ _ _ _ _ along with open Car Park admeasuring about _ _ sq.ft.

jurisdiction of Sub-Registrar Haveli No. _ _, _ _ _ _ _ and more particularly described

in the Schedule hereunder written (hereinafter referred to as “the said flat”).

(b) I intend to give the said flat any person/s on Leave and License basis, as I am

required to be out of India for my work and hence I am not in a position to do the

needful in respect of to give the said flat on leave and license basis.

(c) I am therefore desirous of appointing some one fit and proper to act as my

attorney in the manner hereinafter appearing and have requested my _ _ _ __ _ to

act for me as my Constituted Attorney and execute the necessary documents and do

all acts, deeds and things expedient thereto, which the said Attorney has consented

to do so;

attorney for me and on my behalf to do or cause to done, execute or perform all or

any of the acts, deeds, matters and things at his discretion and to exercise all or any

of the powers and authorities hereby conferred, that is to say:-

1. To negotiate with any person/s or company with repute for grant of license

and permission to use and occupy the said flat at such license fees and compensation

as may be suggested by me and to conclude such agreement for grant of license

commonly known as Leave and License Agreement on such terms and conditions as

may be suggested by me.

2. To appoint advocates in connection with and to advice on letting the said flat

on leave and license basis and pay their remuneration.

3. To sign, execute all necessary deeds, documents, applications, undertakings,

forms that may be required for obtaining permission for grant to leave and license

from any concerned authority.

4. To receive Cheques or demand drafts exclusively in my name towards the

amount of security deposit and/or license fees from the prospective licensee and to

deposit the same in my account with such bank as I may inform.

5. On the expiry of the agreement with the licensee or its sooner determination

to take possession of the said flat on my behalf and to issue receipt thereof.

6. To pay or allow all taxes, rates, assessments, charges, deductions, expenses

and all other payments and outgoings whatsoever due and payable or to become due

and payable for or on account of my said flat.

7. To appear on my behalf before any Sub-Registrar or any other Officer of

Assurances in Pune and to present and/ or lodge for registration and to admit

execution of the Leave and License Agreement and to do all other things required to

be done in that behalf.

8. To pay the necessary stamp duty, registration charges in respect of any

document or any part thereof, if we are liable to pay the same under the agreement,

or any other deed or document or in law.

AND I DO HEREBY for myself and my heirs heirs, executors, administrators

and all persons claiming by, through or under me agree to allow ratify and confirm all

whatsoever my said Attorney shall do or cause to be done in or about or concerning

the matters and things mentioned herein above. AND I DO HEREBY DECLARE that

the present Power of Attorney hereby granted shall be binding upon my heirs,

executors administrators and all persons claiming by through or under me.
