employee ID number which is registered in the system for their time in and out on

work.

With the proposed tracking systems in customers’ payments and in personnel,

important data are acquired and processed as information needed for the systematic

operation of the business. Information are obtained through these systems form both

the internal and external data using various data analysis tools which will enable top

levels in managerial hierarchy to monitor their employees’ working hours and services

as well as the payments coming from the customers.

opportunities from internal and external elements which will definitely affect the

Laptop can be used in both payment tracking and in employee tracking as it will

be the main server of both of the given systems. We choose laptop as our official core

IT component as it offers an array of benefits than using standard personal computers.

Based on our extensive research we’ve chosen Acer Aspire 3 as it is one of

quintessential executive laptops and has many features meant for productivity (We will

only include the features needed for company’s given systems). The main features of

this laptop are the 1.6 GHz Intel core i5 processor with a max turbo speed of 3.4 GHz

and the installed 4 GB of RAM, together they give the device a high processing speed

allowing the user to multitask on high-end task. Additionally, this 4 GB of DDR4 SDRAM

allows the user to easily access transaction files even when the users on the go. The

15.6” HD display gives the client a wide viewing angles and scanned documents will

have a nice and sharp color that will help the client in choosing what they need. This
laptop lets the user to video conference with the use of the built in web cam, create

spreadsheets and if necessary, open additional file and tabs without with ease. Its ABS

plastic and polycarbonate made body is lightweight and aesthetically pleasing allowing

the user to squeeze some work no matter where the user is. Input devices can be
