Statements: Administrative law which deals the administrative provisions related to the rules of
Law, public law, governance in any legal system of the nation. When we applies the definition
of the A. V. Dicey, Jennings, which are inculcating the essential of the administrative law.
Following the sources of the administrative law there is need of the discussions of the
administrative power and functions of the administrate authority, rights of the individuals in
relationships with administrative power of the legal system in the states. The growth of
administrative law is result of the of the industrializations, globalizations, urbanizations, which
interferences in the personal life of person, public life and social justice. The needs of
transparent, accountable, strong democratic, legislative, executive and independent adjudication
systems in India.
