a) Discuss the methods of dispute resolution – Arbitration, Conciliation, Negotiation,
Mediation, and its Advantages and disadvantages?

b) Explain the significance of the Arbitration Agreement – Its Essentials and Appointment of
Arbitrators?

Question 2:-

a) Define the arbitral award and setting aside of the arbitral awards under the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act with relevant case laws?

b) Discuss the nature and scope of the conciliation and essentials provisions of conciliation
proceedings?
