Throughout clinic, I demonstrated professionalism toward the faculty and my patients by

listening to what they have to say and responding in an appropriate manner. I appreciate all
feedback given to me and will continue to be receptive toward more. I make a daily effort to
arrive early and come prepared to each of my appointments. This includes reviewing the chart
beforehand and reading up on Pac Manual for anything I am not familiar with.
