and get to know through her preceptorship at Tucson Medical Center, Mother/Baby unit. I was her
preceptor during this time and I got to know her very well.

individual and as a professional. I am confident Amanda deserves this and much more because she
possesses outstanding qualities that will make her successful in the nursing profession. Amanda is
extremely bright and nothing seems too challenging for her. She has lots of confidence in everything she
does and works great under pressure. In other words, Amanda knows how to multitask effectively and is
able to handle a high-volume workload.

Organized and diligent, Amanda quickly learns any task assigned to her with no problem and without
hesitation. She also has the ability to work with minimal supervision and is always committed to exceed
patient expectations. Amanda is hardworking and a top performer. She has the highest

I have been in the nursing field for 9 ½ years now and now a days it is hard to find someone who has the
