To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great enthusiasm that I write this letter of recommendation for Grace
Andleman. I have known Ms. Andleman for approximately 1 1/2 years and can
speak to her strengths and ability to be a successful registered nurse in the
health care field.

Ms. Andleman is in the last semester of the Undergraduate Accelerated Nursing

Program. I am the director of the accelerated program, as well as instructor. Ms.
Andleman performed outstanding in this rigorous program. She participated in
class, was thoughtful, and respectful to both me and her peers. Ms. Andleman
also performed extremely well in clinical, as evidenced by consistent positive
evaluations from her preceptors and clinical instructors.

In addition to her academic achievements, she is a student nurse volunteer in the

Bulls Reaching Achievement in Nursing (BRAIN) organization and member of the
Nursing Students’ Association at the University of South Florida. I am confident
that she will continue to seek out and participate in community work and
volunteer opportunities, as well as leadership positions. Ms. Andleman is an
extremely bright, competent, confident student and I feel fortunate to have had
her as a student.

In summary, I strongly recommend Grace Andleman as a candidate for your

prestigious New Grad RN program. I can confidently say that she will be a great
addition to those surrounding her and the patients that she will care for as
exhibited by her empathy and compassion. Please do not hesitate to contact me
if you have any further questions.

Thank you,
