People live in all parts of the world. .‫الناس يعشون في جميع انحاء العالم‬
Most people live in towns and cities but other people live hundreds of kilometers from the
nearest city. .‫يعيش معظم الناس في بلدات ومدن لكن يعيش اشخاص اخرون على بعد مئات الكيلومترات من أقرب مدينة‬
They live on high mountains. .‫هم يعيشون على جبال عالية‬
They live in hot deserts and in snowy forests. .‫هم يعيشون في صحارى حارة وغابات ثلجية‬
They keep animals for food. .‫ويربون في الحيوانات للطعام‬
They make their clothes and homes. .‫ويصنعون مالبسهم ومنازلهم‬
They are different to people who live in large towns and cities because they do not need lots of
shops, cars and lorries. ‫هم مختلفون عن الناس الذين يعيشون في بلدات ومدن كبيرة ألنهم ال يحتاجون الى الكثير من‬

The Incas lived in Peru in South America five hundred years ago they were very rich and
powerful. .ً‫قبيلة اإلنكا عاشت في بيرو في جنوب أمريكا قبل خمس مئة سنة وكانوا قويين وأغنياء جدا‬
They had many large cities and they were good fighters. ‫كان لديهم الكثير من المدن الكبيرة وكانوا مقاتلين‬

Then explores from Spain came. .‫وبعدها جاء المستكشفون من اسبانيا‬

They fought the Incas and captured their king. .‫حاربوا قبيلة االنكا وأسروا ملكهم‬
After that, the Spanish ruled over the Incas. .‫ حكم اإلسبانيين قبيلة االنكا‬،‫ويعد ذلك‬
The Incas spoke the Quechua language. .‫يتحدث االنكا لغة الكيشوا‬
Quechua people are still living in Peru today. .‫ال تزال قبيلة الكيشوا تعيش في بيرو الى اليوم‬
They keep sheep and goats in the mountains. .‫يربون الخراف والماعز في الجبال‬
They get wool form the animals. .‫ويحصلون على الصوف من الحيوانات‬
They spin the wool and weave it into cloth. .‫وينسجون الصوف ويحكون منه المالبس‬
They make patterns in the clothes. .‫ويعملون أنماط من المالبس‬
The patterns are like the old Inca patterns. .‫هذه األنماط مثل أنماط االنكا القدماء‬

Herdsmen of northern Europe ‫رعاة شمال أوروبا‬

The Sami people live in northern Europe. .‫الشعب السامي يعيش في شمال أوروبا‬
It is very cold in winter and there is always a lot of snow on the ground. ‫انها باردة جداً في الشتاء‬

Some Sami people are nomads. .‫بعض من الشعب السامي هم من البدو‬

They live in tents and when they reindeer need new grass, they pack up their tents and move on.

The Tibetan people live near the highest mountain in the world. ‫شعب التبيت يعيشون بالقرب من اعلى‬

Tibetan farmers use yaks on their farms. The yaks pull carts and ploughs. ‫يستخدم المزارعون التبتيون‬

Travelers in the deserts ‫المسافرون في الصحارى‬

The Bedouin people live in hot places. .‫يعيش البدو في أماكن حارة‬
Some Bedouin travel through the deserts. .‫البعض من البدو يسافرون عبر الصحاري‬
Like the Sami people, they keep animals and live in tents. ‫ هم يربون الحيوانات‬،‫مثل الناس الساميين‬

When they move the animals, they can take their tents with them. ‫ يمكنهم‬،‫عندما يتنقلون في الحيوانات‬

Many of them live in houses in towns and villages but they still fly falcons in the desert. ‫يعيش‬
‫الكثير منهم في منازل بالبلدات والقرى لكنهم ما زالوا يطيرون الصقور في الصحراء‬.
