Steps to Join IIC Online sessions & Report Submission

Dear All,

Please follow these steps to join the Online Sessions for IIC calendar year 2019-20. These
sessions can directly be joined on PC or Laptop through link/ process provided below or
through mobile by downloading Cisco Webex Meetings App.

Steps to Join the session:

1. Visit https://mic.gov.in

2. Click on

3. Click on particular session scheduled for that day.

4. This will take you to the session page.

6. You will land on Cisco WEBEX page.

7. Join the session by entering asked details (optional) and by clicking on Join Session.

8. The session will be activated 15 minutes prior to the session.

9. Only 1000 member can Join these sessions live. Recording of these sessions will be
available on “Session page” after the live session ends. Those who could not join live
can attend the recorded session later.

10. Mute your microphone during session to avoid voice overlap and if you have low
network connectivity select connect with audio only mode during the session.

Process to submit report on IIC portal

1. The report submission process is similar to previous activities.

2. Fill the relevant and mandatory fields in report submission form and submit.

3. While circulating session information to students, they may be asked to submit their
photograph of watching the session. Based on these submissions the IIC should
provide tentative number of students who have joined the session. Social distancing
norms should be strictly followed by all as per government norms.

4. If any IIC have already conducted activities of Q3 before Covid-19 lockdown, they
should upload reports of those activities on portal.
