Land allotment from APIIC

Land: The Entrepreneur can set up the Industry in APIIC’s land or Private
Land or Government Land. The procedure for obtaining APIIC’s land is as
follows. The Entrepreneur must apply online for the APIIC land through
www.apindustries.gov.in. – Land Upton 5 Acres or 1 crore value will be
allotted by the ZM, APIIC. Land more than 5 Acres and more than 1 Crore
of the value will be allotted by the MD, APIIC.

Approvals: After Executing the Sale Agreement with APIIC /Procuring


the Private or Government Land, the Entrepreneur must apply for all
statutory approvals & Clearance from the Competent authorities through
the Nodal Agency of Single Window Act, i.e., concerned District
Industries Centre for Micro/Small Enterprises & Commissionerate of
Industries, A.P.for Medium/Large Enterprises.

List of documents Required:

1. Detailed project report with process flow chart and justification of


land requirements.
2. Detailed financial status report showing the financial net worth of the
Promoter duly specifying the financial Promoters.
3. Entrepreneurs Memorandum part I / part II (SSI Registration) or
GDTD Certification or applicable certification.
4. Copy of partnership deed / Articles of memorandum &Association of
the company / Society registration (as applicable)
5. Plant / Machinery layout with details of greenery / lawn to be
maintained as per the APPCB norms, if any
6. Certificate copy of community / Caste certificate, if any.

Entrepreneur can apply Land allotment Process through Single desk Portal
(SDP).

Entrepreneur who requires land After Initial registration, Entrepreneur fills basic
from APIIC can apply through details and clicks on link “Apply land allotment
single desk Portal by registering in from APIIC” and system redirects to APIIC
www.apindustries.gov.in application

APIIC scrutinizes the application Entrepreneur fills details, uploads documents,


form and finally shares Land make online payment and submit application
allotment to Applicant. to APIIC.

1) Click on “Proceed” from Entrepreneur Dashboard and fill the basic details.

2) While filling Land details, select “NO”– If they don’t have land for setting up enterprise,
select “APIIC/SEZ Land“. Link will appear (Click here to file application with APIIC for
land allotment) and clicking on will redirect to APIIC application.

3) Click on “New Application” and fill the application form of Land allotment–APIIC.

4) Application form consists of 7 stages, and applicant must fill the necessary fields below.

After payment is completed, Status can be checked in the Application dashboard in SDP as well.
