Day 01: Arrival Nepal

● Arrival at Kathmandu
● Check -in the hotel
● You will visit the serene Jal Narayan Temple (Sleeping Vishnu)
● Visit the market, hotel nearby traditional Nepali restaurants located on the narrow streets of Thamel.
● Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Nepal sightseeing
● Full Day sightseeing of Kathmandu.
● After Breakfast visit to Pashupatinath temple UNESCO, World heritage site
● attend the aarti at the Pashupatinath Temple later in the evening.
● Boudha stupa UNESCO world heritage site
● Overnight at hotel
Day 03: Bhaktapur
● Nagarkot Visit
● Early in the morning watching the beautiful sunrise view at Mt. Everest
● After breakfast visit enjoy the hilly reign at Nagarkot area
● After lunch Drive to the Bhaktapur Durbar square
● Overnight at hotel
Day 04: Departure
● Day will start with breakfast activity to catch world-famous sunrise.
● Swayambhunath Stupa, and Patan Durbar Square for soaking up some peace
● Flight timing 03:45 PM
● You’ll bid adieu to this place with loads of memories to take along.

● Daily Breakfast at Hotels.
● Return airport /harbor transfers by private AC car as per the itinerary
● Sightseeing and all transfers in private AC car as per the itinerary
● Assistance at all arrival and departure points

EXCLUSION:
● Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard
drinks, paragliding.
● Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
● Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
● Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

IMPORTANT NOTES
● Below 5 Year Child is on Complimentary basis.
● In case of non availability of Rooms similar Category Hotels will be provided.
● Itinerary if given is purely suggestive and optional and services will be provided only as per the quote.
● Most of the Hotels Check in Time is 12 Noon and check out 11 am. Early Check in and Late check out
only as per availability and any extension is completely the discretion of the Hotel.
● Most of the destination there are no classified Star Hotels and the hotels we provide will be with
Similar facility Hotels.
● The below rate is applicable if the booking with accommodation & transportation together.
● The above is only a quote and no bookings have been made as yet.
● All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
● The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as
specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.

Terms & Condition

Land Package Booking Payment Policy will be:
1st Payment: 30% - at the time of Booking.
2nd Payment: 30% - of the Booking Amount (After getting confirmation voucher)
3rd Payment: 40% of the Booking Amount 7 Days prior to departure date.
For Booking Flight Ticket we charge 100% amount.
Payment terms are subject to change depends on the travel dates and hotels
payment policy.
Our Cancellation Policy:
● Before 45 days to the departure : Rs. 1000/- Per Person  
 ● From 45 days to 30 days prior to the departure date : 25% of Package Cost
● From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date : 50% of Package Cost
● From 14 days to 7 days prior to the departure date : 75% of Package Cost
● 7 Days prior to departure date : Non Refundable
● Retention may be charged on case to case basis.
● If we have notified you a different cancellation rule, then the above rule will not be applicable.
● No refund is admissible if service is cancelled due to force majeure events such as acts of God, civil /
political disturbances or events beyond our control. Proof of Identity:
● As per the latest GOI directives, all guests are requested to carry a valid photo Identity (Voters ID,
Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport, Armed forces identity card etc.).
● It is compulsory for foreign Nationals and NRI's to carry their passport with valid Visas or PIO
(Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/copies have to be produced at the time of check
in.
