was established in 2008 and registered itself as an exporter of all types of knitted
garments & fabric in 2008. Since then continual improvement and emphasis laid upon

Cutting Unit
Our cutting section is being supervised by experienced cutting masters and shapers,
who know the skill of cutting. Portable and fixed cutting machines are used in cutting
of fabric. We have high quality cutter and tables. The company is planning to add
advanced cutting technology, Gerber accumark software and auto cutter as well. We
have cutting capacity more than 100,000 Pcs /month
Stitching Unit

Allied International have most experienced and well qualified Production Manager. We
have well established stitching floors with auto machines to produce defect free
garments with the assurance of quality system. We have stitching capacity around
100,000 Pcs /month.
Sampling Unit
We have separate sampling section where innovative and highly skilled designers
prepare sample garments, according to the need of the customers. This sampling
section executes all phases of development and ensuring that our strict quality
standards are carefully maintained. Our skilled and professional sampling team who
work on customer tech sheet and beside this make new developments for customers.
Finishing & Packing Unit
At garment finishing it is to be ensured that each and every item has gone through
rigorous inspection and is 100% defect free before packing. We have latest garment
pressing equipment including Vacuum Press tables, Thread sucking machine, stain
removing machine, Electric Steam Generator for ironing, heater less stream Irons
etc. We have a separate quality control department highly skilled and motivated staff.
Our Quality control policy covers manufacturing process along-with safe handling
and delivery of products, well-defined procedures for storing and packing of finished
products.
