BBVPL is a garment manufacturing unit based out of Kanpur (UP) India that excels
in creating a wide array of quality apparels ranging from high fashion to industrial
safety clothing. We are a process driven unit with commitment to quality, ethical
practices and sustainability.

We've built a strong reputation and trust with a broad, global customer base, which
includes large corporations like Walmart, ITC Limited, ONGC, as well as esteemed
government & non-government organizations such as the Indian Air Force, CRPF,
Oil India Limited, Mazagaon Docks, NPCIL to name a few. Additionally, we also
collaborate with leading national fashion brands like Red Chief Apparels, Freakins
etc, showcasing our ability to meet a wide range of clothing needs.

apparel manufacturing hub in India and the subcontinent. We aim to set

SOPs

We have a setup of 150+ multi-functional stitching machines with capacity to

expand 3-4 times. Our current production capacity is approx 50000 garments
per month in a single shift.

With a quality driven approach, our SOPs follow a stringent step by step
process, starting right from fabric cutting to measured stitch per seam needle
work, all the way through to the finishing of the garment. Our QC personnel are
present in line to inspect each product by hand making sure all products adhere
to our quality standards and benchmarks.

This approach coupled with quality craftsmanship at our unit enables us to make
high quality clothing responsibly and meet our customer expectations at large.
