Let me introduce to you our panel of judges for today’s affair.

Are you ready madling people?

Our first judge is from Aurora, Isabela


Head Teacher III of Kalabasa Elementary School
He is a regional trainer of folkdance and dancesports
He is also a CAVRAA officiating official in the field of Dance Sports and Mens Artistic Gymnastics
At present he is the District Coordinator and Municipal Vice Chairman for Culture and the Arts in the Municipality of Aurora.

Our 2nd judge is from Santiago City.


She graduated in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education at the University of La Salette
As a teacher, she practiced teaching profession for almost three years both in public and private schools, and started her own
home-based Pre-School Tutorial Center for toddlers, nursery and pre-kindergarten since 2005.
Learning to teach a wider range of learners, she shifted from the school environment to other communities as training-facilitator
and researcher with various Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and continuously volunteering as coordinator of the Akap
sa Bata ng mga Guro-Kalinga Phils here in the region.
Continued her community service in year 2000 with the City Government of Santiago as a Local Legislative Senior Officer for more
than a decade.
And finally sought a permanent position in 2016 with DepEd’s Senior High School Operations and Learners Support Group as
Registrar within the Schools Division of Santiago City
Friends, Ladies and Gentlemen a round of applause for MISS MARY ANN VISAYA-SAYAO.

Our 3rd judge and the Chairman of the Board of Judges is from Mallig, Isabela.
Teacher III of Mallig Central School and a Part-Time Graduate School Professor.
He finished 2 Doctorate degrees: Doctor of Philosophy at ULS, Santiago City and
Doctor of Public Administration at Lyceum University of the Philippines.
He is a lifetime member of Phil. Folk Dance Society and the Dance Educators Association of the Philippines.
He is also an affiliate of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
He was awarded as the 2018 MOST OUTSTANDING TEACHER IN THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA.
He was also awarded as the 2019 MOST OUTSTANDING TEACHER OF SDO ISABELA and Isabela’s entry to the Most Outstanding
Teacher of Region 02.
Presently, he is the Executive Director of Banna-Bannay Dance Troupe and the Municipal Cultural Officer of the Local Government
Unit of Mallig, Isabela.
