Steps to Sales Rewards Program Participation: How long do points last?

APJ Sales Rewards Program
1. Build the Pipeline
Only available to partners who have opted-in APJ Partner Concierge Program in certain countries in APJ. Claims
must be submitted with ORAN# here.
** The APJ Partner Concierge Program is to help you execute demand generation activities via email and
telemarketing by setting up customer appointments (BANT qualified) for your lead follow-up at no cost. Current
available products this program are vSOM, vSAN, AW, Workspace One, and Horizon. For more details, please
contact your Partner Business Managers.
2. Win with Focus Products
Close deals through Ad+ in accordance with deal registration requirements and claim them in the Sales Rewards
portal in Partner Central using your order number. We keep a running total to sum the dollar value sold of each
product across your claimed orders.
Only software licenses closed through Ad+, no ELA’s (minimum deal sizes apply). Maximum 250,000 points
will be awarded.
3. Publish Reference Story
Only 1 person is eligible for reward per story. Each story can only be submitted once by the first partner
organization and partner representative (based on first-come-first-served basis). US$500* will be awared for
1 customer approved and published reference story on vmware.com. Reference stories must have at least one
of the following VMware products mentioned to be eligible for US$500 worth of prizes: NSX, AirWatch, vSAN,
vRealize. For other VMware products, the reward will be US$300 only. VMware Order number must be
provided here.
4. NSX Assessment
To participate in the NSX Assessment Sales Rewards Program, the partner is required to have the Network
Virtualization Competency. Sales Engineer receive their points upon VNA installation. Sales Engineer submitting
the claim must have VTSP-NV accreditation. VMware Network Assessment tool needs to have been installed by
the partner’s Sales Engineer or Solution Architect with a VCP-NV or higher certifications. Proof of installation
will be requirement when submitting the claim form here.
