Pre-Qualification Requirements
1 The bidder should be
(a) A manufacturer of cast basalt lined products (pipes or bends or Laterals or Tees or any combination of items)
OR
(b) An authorised dealer for cast basalt lined product (pipes or bends or Laterals or Tees or any combination of items) and the bidder shall furnish attested
copy of authorized dealership certificate from their manufacturer.
(c) The bidder should have supplied the cast basalt lined products (pipes or bends or Laterals or Tees or any combination of items) for a minimum value of
Rs.16,67,000.00 in one or two orders in their name to any Govt./Quasi Govt./PSU/Public Limited company within the last five years as on the original
scheduled date of tender opening.

2 Documentary evidences:
The bidder should furnish the required/relevant documentary evidences in support of PQRs in the following form
For PQR 1(a): In case of manufacturer, copy of Excise Invoice (or) copy of the certificate, valid on the date of tender opening, issued by any of the following
agencies and duly attested by Gazetted Officer/Notary Public towards proof of manufacturer.
Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) or National Small Industries Corporation Ltd (NSIC) or Small Scale Industries Ltd (SSI) or Government (or) Any accredited
agency for International Standard Organization (ISO) or factory license or excise registration certificate showing the items manufactured.

For PQR 1(b): In case the bidder is an authorized dealer, they should furnish a valid authorized dealership certificate from their manufacturer and
documentary evidence as mentioned above for their manufacturer.

For PQR 1(c): Documentary evidence should be submitted in the form of copy of purchase order along with proof of supply for the value issued in any of the
following form
a)Material acceptance certificate
b)Completion certificate
c)Inspection Cum Receiving Report (IRR)
d)Invoice copy(s) with proof of payment received from the purchaser.

Note: If the bidder is the previous supplier of cast basalt lined products (pipes or bends or Laterals or Tees or any combination of items) to NLC Ltd,
satisfying the PQR 1.0 (a) or (b) and (c), it is sufficient for the bidder to mention the NLCs P.O number and I.R.R references. The bidder shall be qualified
based on their past performance with NLC Ltd.
