Introduction The Q-Depsys system provides a clean, energy
generating solution with a cost advantage of up to 95% over
current wind, solar and fossil fuel generating solutions. Q-depsys
System leverages a combination of hydro kinetic high pressure
hydraulic and cold nitrogen gas propulsion and electromagnetic-
Nano particle technology as the core of its system.

Initial Investment – The Company is looking to raise $50mm, and is willing to
give up 20% of SME shares, with a return on investment in 3 to 5 years. US-
Small Business & USDA-Rural-Development has offered to guarantee 80% of the
investment, and (PRIDCO) Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company has
performed their due-diligence by a visiting MIT professor of mechanical
engineering and attests it does not alter the first and second laws of
thermodynamics; it is not a perpetual-motion devise. It's further guaranteed by
SME’s R&D and manufacturing facility in Barceloneta, PR, the former Pfizer
Pharmaceutical facility to be acquired with a market value of 35+MM by SBA
Small Business Administration in Puerto Rico. To develop its first fully
operational 25KW & 1MW machines. It is expected that the final development
& production of the machines will take 8-12 months, with a 5 month testing
period; Producing 5 machines per day, starting with 80 jobs the first 6 to 12
months (see Business Plan). After completion of our first Q-Depsys generator, it
is anticipated that full scale manufacturing can begin within 3 to 6 months
thereafter, generating over 2,000 direct jobs within the next 36 to 48 months.
Value Proposition – The Q-Depsys system offers significant cost
advantages, both in up costs and ongoing power generation costs:
- Initial Cost: After the first phase development stage the Q-depsys
can be mass-produced for about $750,000 for a 1MW system and
retails for 2.5+MM representing significant savings compared with
the cost of other 1MW power generation systems including solar,
wind, oil, and natural gas which cost between $900,000. To $1.5M
per 1MW system and requires $900,000.+ per year in fuel cost.
- Lower Generation Costs: Q-Depsys can produce electricity (At
under $1cent per Kw/hr. with a ROI in 3 to 5 years.

Revenue Opportunities – The Company has a number of options for

monetizing the Q-Desys technology including manufacturing the system
itself, licensing the technology to 3rd parties, or selling electricity via
PPA's to countries, industries or major power technology player. Q-
Depsys has many other applications these shall be developed in our
R&D facilities.
Power Production Authorities – The Company has already drafted
PPAs from several Government and Private institutions for over
500MWs.
