The article uses the graphic comic to illustrate a simple story about rabbits. It begins
by showing several rabbits enjoying themselves at their homes. The rabbits are three in
number, and they are white rabbits at their home. After some time the rabbits are seen leaving
their home heading somewhere. On their way out from their home, they met another rabbit
which is grey. The grey rabbit looks bigger physically compared to the other one, which is
relatively smaller in size. The grey rabbit is seen carrying a bucket on its hand, and it starts by
introducing itself that it's a grey rabbit. One of the white rabbits looks surprised, and other
white rabbit responds it whispers that the look so cool. The other white rabbits said that he
looks different with them the grey rabbit answered to them in saying that they have two ears
same dental formula and a same cute tail. They then agreed that they are the same and
decided to go together. The white rabbits then eventually agree to welcome the grey rabbit in
The author used the realism style to illustrate the rabbit story. The realism style is an
art style that was started in France. The manga style shows the movement of account from
one to place to another. The conversation starts from the house, moving to the outside where

being presented. The author uses a drawn house to show the residential of the white rabbit.
The house is drawn in a slightly fenced home where it is showing that it’s a home. The house
is drawn word like “Rabbits’ home”, showing that the houses belonged to the rabbits. The

author also did not paint the white rabbits, and the grey rabbit was painted to bring out the
difference.
The visual image played an important role in connecting the theme and the storyline.
It is easier to make a visual signal in a quick way that is making reading from a paragraph.
Like the way that the grey rabbit is illustrated way. To add on that the visual of the rabbit's
home is shown clearly and do not need more explanation in understanding that the home
