MOTIVATION LETTER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am interested to apply for majoring Primary Education at Monash University, for i believe
that the curriculum studies will help me to be educator advisor.

Educator advisor is a role that accomodate aspiration of stake holder for developing
institution. I had seen when i was in elementary school which my teacher often paid attention
on his student about study progress. Consequently, pupils are able to be success person by
educator role. However, all concern in a institution depend on regulation a advisor which
determine not only direction but also aim appropiate with target of a institute. Since then, i
want to attain my goals to work as advisor of education. I attempt to enhance my skills
through event that related to education.

I had impression experience when i joined community sevice in school as entrant. My

activity analysed performace of educator from up to down. I conducted interview which
involve a advisor and teacher. Futhermore, i made event that should be followed by students
to enrich literacy skills in school. It was incredible opportunity where i help pupils following
a subject competition as well.

I develop my knowledge in education agency issues where some programms have not
spreaded in all areas as there is less human resources. The thing will affect on children as
object of education who should be knowledge properly. I strived to improve my skills by
following education project especially for educator.

I take topic ‘drama and children’s performance’ which it is included in ‘art and design
education’ in Monash curriculum. The topic had been exist in my course before and my
future ambition to develop an intelligent on art in primary education through development of
talent and interest pupils. Besides, research about art had been connected about the other
matters which is still related in child in elementary school. I am stimulated to seek this issues
to hone my research previously in my future.

The main reason that led me to apply Master of teaching in Primary education Programm at
Monash University is big occasion to expand my experience in education. I am interested in
curriculum by the Monash University in master of teaching program which can upgrade my
theoretical in primary education.

I want to be part on education agency in Indonesia which can develop education through
some concern. I wish to enhance my career path to contribute in primary education and
usefullnes for my surrounding.
