MoM Regarding MOC -21 Dec -2018

**A tracker will be maintained in Google Sheet with PICs name , (PIC :Mr. RaviPrakash ) ,

** Every Alternate Monday , a mail will be Sent from PMS Team (PIC Mr.Chandrasekaran ) to Mr.Rahul Damodharan and IT Team - Synergy regarding Vessel Takeover updates for the week ,

** Support team (Mr. Tajdeen / Mr. Samuel Brooke) will be collecting the Vessel Creation Template from Mrs. Silvia Catherine to Create vessel name in ShipPalm ,

** Once the Name is created in ShipPalm , Support Team has to inform PMS Team ,

**Once the Takeover of a vessel is confirmed by Mr.Chandrasekaran , PMS Team will request the available Particulars / Plans / Manuals through the support Executives to the concerned TSI / Manager (PIC : Mr.Chandsrasekaran ) .

** If no details are available and requirements are immediate, ShipPalm Kit will be sent without PMS module .PMS CD will be delivered after takeover.

** Mr.Ravi Prakash will be collecting the LDD / LDC from the Concerned TSI / Manager in following stages

1.Once take over is confirmed ,

2.During Take over. (This will be done ,once the dates are not received during Step .1 ) .Vessel delivery as Last done date for counter based jobs and 50 % of the interval date for calender based jobs will be updated and sent , if LDD/LDC are not received both the cases.

3.If the Previous Data received after takeover , same will be updated and Close the MOC after getting initials from Concerned TSI.

** Documents later received & uploaded in Shoreside and Sent to Ships through CDs . In Ship side , they were not able to install and view the same . (PIC : Mr.Balamurugan )
