The government of South Africa has endorsed the standard rules on opportunities equalization
for disable people. This is the prime responsibility of the South African government to ensure
that citizen within the nation share equal benefits. All departments within the organization

Development of the policy affects the prospects of people employment within the organization as
increase the amount of benefit for the employees, raise the monthly income, and set the standards
for different training programs for the employees within the different levels (Sebba, 2013).

 Weaknesses

There are also lacks of official and approved rules which leave the few possibilities for
employees to appeal effectively. There are also lack of effectiveness regarding better application
of rules and regulations.

Education to deaf people

Department of education within the South Africa is multi faced organization in which
educational department has nine provincial department regarding education that in turn head by
different district and local unites which are liable for different system aspects. Policy and
decision making level specialist skills and knowledge regarding the deaf learner’s particular
requirements are insufficient regarding the advice on effective practices of deaf education.
Department of education is lacking within the support, inspection, and control of teacher
regarding the deaf in many aspects like teaching the methodologies, requirements regarding

This is very important to implement the effective and appropriate methods of teaching with the
appropriate techniques. Schools should share the scientific study through the objectives oriented
practices. It will enable the teachers to become the equipped with the mechanisms to achieve the
sustainable goal of education through the support and training provisions. The ministry of
education within the nation should establish the ministerial tem regarding deaf education
(Kuenburg, Fellinger, and Fellinger, 2016). This will be effective and help to bring the
