Our Mission

For over 30 years, the Daniel Murphy

Scholarship Fund (DMSF) has provided
four-year high school scholarships and
educational support, allowing students
who demonstrate academic potential,
leadership skills and strong character but
lack the economic means, access to
prestigious high schools in Chicago-land
and around the country.
Our Community
DMSF offers 125 new scholarships to 8th
graders each year. Our Scholars are
attending roughly 40 different parochial
and independent day schools in the
Chicago area, as well as 40 boarding
schools across the country. DMSF has
awarded scholarships to nearly 3,000
Scholars to allow them to attend college
prep high schools, and has a network of
more than 1,700 alumni.
