Disclaimer: This is not a proper "pentatonic" scale but the differences are so arbitrary that it is
not worth discussion in this topic; you will eventually play these notes when using a blues
scale.
I won't go into huge detail about the scale itself ( because there is literally millions of
resources on that ) but I will get into some detail about how to understand it better through
seeing it the form of "boxes".   Boxes & Bridges  In this scale are 2 shapes I want you to see
inside of it: boxes and bridges. a box will be a full step between two notes and a bridge will
link these boxes together:
-----------------------------------------------------------{8--10}----
---------------------------------------------------{8--10}------------
--------------------------------------<7---9>-------------------------
--------------------(-5----7)-----------------------------------------
----------(5----7-)---------------------------------------------------
-5--8-----------------------------------------------------------------
( ) = box 1 { } = box 2 < >  = bridge
Looking at these 2 shapes will give a reference to beginning to know how to improvise leads
when you hear music. At the beginning level there is no need to make it complicated try this
simple formula: Box 1: .. .. .. .. bridge: .. Box 2: .. .. .. .. Okay, now in tab:
Box 1:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Bridge:
