EVALUATION SYSTEM
SPEAKING 40 Based on class participation and speaking criteria (IC, DM, PR, GV). Use the recording
from OOSP Speaking Task in order to confirm students’ speaking performance mark.
WRITTEN WORK 10 Based on two pieces of writing. One of them is done in class and the other one is set as
homework (see details above).
QUIZZES 10 Based on OOSP Reading & Listening Tasks. Check students’ marks (Tracking >
Gradebook). Reading = 5 marks / Listening = 5 marks. Check Navigate Online Courses
Guidelines for further information.
FINAL TEST 40 On OOLP. Check guidelines.

Students send piece of writing via email (without attachments). Use your BRITANICO account (e.g.
hperez@britanico.edu.pe). Teachers mark the piece of writing by highlighting mistakes and send them back before the
feedback session.

Make sure students know the task they have to complete. Show OOSP screen and tell them they should do it for the
sessions stated in the syllabus.
3 Check answers with the class. Ask students to justify their answers and consider this mark for the Quizzes mark in

CAMPUS. If a student didn’t complete the task, they still can do it, but discount 1 point from the mark.

Students complete the OOSP Speaking Task and teachers will check it in order to assess their speaking performance.
