Technology has become a big part of my life since I graduate high school. I purchased my first PC and
installed Wi-Fi in my home. Growing up I did not have access to technology at home because my parents
could not afford Wi-Fi or any device. I learned how to use technology in elementary school. I would
consider myself a fast learner and an intermediate user of technology. It has changed my life making it
easier for me to communicate with others and it has helped me get through high school and college.
Ability to use email, social media, Sakai, and blackboard to interconnect with colleagues and
professors.
Ability to create, edit, and format, documents, flyers, brochures, and handouts through a word
processor.
Ability to conduct research using the internet data base from the WNCC library.
Create presentations for educational purposes through PowerPoint, Prezi, and google slides.
Experiences:
Currently attending Instructional Technologies, a required course for all education majors.
I am still learning how to work with excel. I do not have much experience using this app, but I know it
will be useful when I become a teacher. I would like to learn how to projector or smart board because
