SWOT analysis:

Strength:
 Through major expressways connected to major parts of Delhi.
 Economically viable as compared to Delhi with no shortage of land.
 Mixed use zoning along arterial roads leading to high end commercial projects on both
sides of the transport artery.
 With landmarks such as Buddha F1 Circuit and Expo Mart in close proximity to the site,
the destination is very attracting.

Weakness:

 Noise pollution from the surrounding vehicular traffic along the expressway.
 Limited pedestrian circulation

Opportunity:
 Due to the adjacencies of Yamuna Expressway and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway,
the site has a huge potential to be commercially viable and feasible.
 The upcoming International Airport at Jewar will also help boost the importance of the
region
 Two metro lines are coming up in the region, one is the Airport Express line and other
would go through residential and commercial areas of the expressway.

Threats:
 Proper safety can be an issue but in the coming years that also will be resolved.
