Whether you consider that quantitative research methods should have been employed.

As per above information we have received good details from secondary resources which are as
per our set objectives. As compare consultant report it is clear that what is present position of the
company there is no need to employed quantitative research method.

To what extent the research has provided information against the research objectives
specified in your market research project plan?

Our set objectives in market research plan were as under:

1. Increase the numbers of regular customers
2. Increase recognition of Nature Care products
3. Increase revenue about 15% with increasing in sales
4. Identify new products and new markets

First 3 objectives are align with secondary information but to identify new markets and new
products company have to wait until they can got certification for organic skin care products and
can reduce the prices to compete new markets.

Performance of the project, noting budgetary issues and timelines

Overall project performance is positive. Secondary information is as per set objectives and report
from consultant can be considered for future when company will move to new markets with
development of new products.

Recommended improvements that you would make to the research process in the future
including actions for implementation

I would prefer secondary information instead of external consultant hiring for further research.
When company will get certificate for organic products with offer competent prices in new
markets then external consultant may be hired for a market research project.
