Executive Summary:
This is risk management process report to show the CEO about new Toowoomba store of
MacVille café in Central Business District of Brisbane. Directors want to expand their operations
of purchases and re0branding of existing store. In this report we have identified many risk factors
and writing report with explaining of business Scope, Goals, list of Stakeholders with Analyses
and research with description of risk management policies and strategies. There are also emails
to stakeholders with meeting with CEO.
Introduction:
CEO gave instructions through email to new manager at Toowoomba store to investigate the
details and collect information on involved risks to expand the store of MacVille Café. CEO
gave him three tasks of this risk management procedure in which first step is to review the risks
chances and involved risks to make strategy to handle it accordingly. Three stages of risk
management procedure are:
Manager will check risks which can impact on Human resources management, financial
operations, WHS, Company supply chain and local governess with compliance issues. Manager
need to collect information from existing Hurley’s Café current manager and premises’ landlord
Mr. Ron Langford. As company consider that risk management plan is very important for
business management and expansion therefore, it is very important for company to know all risk
factors and manage them in better way to make successful expansion.
Risk Management Framework:
MacVille Café knows that risk management is very important part of good management.
Therefore, risk management framework of company covers all those important elements which
can help to act efficiently with good customer services. In this framework company is dealing
