Application Interested buyer (s) will submit application in prescribed form duly signed
along with Booking Money and other necessary documents. The company has the
right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Interested buyers willing to pay total payment in a single installment or larger initial
installments will preference.
Payment: All payments should be made by A/C payee cheque or Bank Draft or Pay-
Order or Cash in favor of Z-One design construction. Buyer (s) residing abroad may
remit payments TT or DD.
The buyer should strictly adhere to the payment schedule. Timely completion of the
project is dependent upon the timely payment by the buyer(s). The buyer is liable to
pay a delay charge of 2% per month on the defaulted amount. If the payment is
delayed beyond 2 (two) months, Z-One design construction has the right to cancel
the allotment. In case of cancellation of allotment or surrender of apartment, due
refund will he VS made after deducting the necessary service charge and realizing
the refund IC amount from the new buyer.
Z- One design construction Right: Z-One design construction reserves the right to
make changes in both Architectural and Structural design of the ANINIP project if
necessary. Limited change can he made in specifications for overall interest of the
Project.
Utility Connection: Connection fee, security deposit for water, gas, electricity and
incidental costs are not included in the apartment price.Z-One design construction
will make this payment directly to the concerned authorities and the buyer shall
reimburse the amount at actual basis to Z-One design construction.
Transfer cost: All costs related to transfer of ownership like stamp duty, registration
fee, VAT, Govt. tax, documentation charges, AIT and all other possible charges,
incidental expenses etc. will be borne by the buyer at aim actual basis.
