years of customer service experience and office
experience that has given me a passion to help people.

that I have worked, I had to help co-workers with
Surgery Secretary work related issues and home issues. I am able to
listen and give a well thought response to help
reach a resolution.

Leading a group of my peers has been one of my

comfortable with.

gave me the skills to make tough decisions and
deliver difficult messages. Listening is one my
greatest life skills and I am able to stay calm and
collective when dealing with uncomfortable
situation.
 Ability to coach and influence leadership at
all levels of the organization. Strong
leadership is something I learned makes strong
teamwork. I am able to coach and inspire fellow
co-workers to reach a common goal.
 Must be a confident communicator,
including written and verbal skills, effective
at all levels of the organization. As a
secretary and former senior pharmacy technician
I had to be able to communicate with many
different types of people. My confidence and
attention to detail helps me stay organized and
comfortable talking to anyone.
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced
 environment and ambiguous business
conditions. Working in a fast pace pharmacy for
seven years is something that I value. I can multi-
task, while having a smile and helpful attitude
while completing a task.
 Demonstrates high level of integrity and
absolute confidentiality. Integrity is something
that I value and my past employment I worked
under HIPPA confidentiality.
