-Create goals musically, and rehearsal wise as an ensemble.
-Rehearse mm.1-14

Assessment of the Rehearsal:


-Students successfully create goals for the ensemble
-Progress is made with the introduction of the piece.

Relevant Contextual Factors:


-Students are not all “into” band
-First year with a new teacher

Modifications/Accommodations needed:
-Possibly have them create goals while in smaller groups so that not everyone is talking at once
