INTRODUCTION

The name of this project was Integrated Performing Art

Course(IPAC) supervised by YBhg. Dato 'Prof A. Razak Hj
Mohaideen and my lecturer for Digital Film and Television Pre-
Production, Sir Azlan Shah. This project is carried out to uncover
the talent available to the students and is actually under the subject
of Directed one by Degree Students from part 3. I believe the main
reason why this project exists and Sir Azlan put us on Working
together is because he wants us to be closer to each other and to
be acquainted with each other as each group comes from different
programs and different parts. I believe that Mr Azlan wants us to
have good cooperation in making the project work together and
together to create a short film build to be done. I know that the
ultimate goal is for us to feel the atmosphere in shooting and to take
on a new experience and she does not want her college to go to a
class she thinks she can feel bored without any project being done.
it caused him to put us together into the IPAC with his senior
experience and different backgrounds and have knowledge of the
direction of the direction and create their own short film on a
particular topic. This short film making project is also this teach us
to understand and manage projects to gain experience and get the
job to work in the real industry. I believe this is also one a beginning
that really helps us in understanding the real situation about
creating a movie and getting knowledge about making movies with
the very best film in the making of the movie.

Encik Azlan tells the class that joins other classes, a degree
Pre-Production Film Management and Class 2 from the Direction
Film Titles, where we are in groups will go to Project IPAC with my
group. I feel very excited and feel excited about this project has
combined with other classes and different programs from different
programs and semesters to create a short film. this is because, with
the creation of a merged project can make the project successful. I
feel very excited to learn new knowledge in life to make a short
filtrm and work with the more experienced with any of the more
experienced partners.
 In the next assignment I and my colleagues were given a
technical assignment in IPAC to demonstrate the works that my
other colleagues have made in the production of short films.

SWOT ANALYSYS

According to Ommani (2011), S.W.O.T stands for Strength,

Weakness, Opportunity and Threats. “SWOT analysis indicates a
framework for helping the researchers or planners to identify and
prioritize the business goals and to further identify the strategies of
achieving them” Quoted by Ommani (2015).

The technique has been used by many researchers in finding

the strengths and weaknesses the company has and the
ooputunities to change the views and threats can affect the
company's image. In my report, I will devote SWOT Analysis to
IPAC Technical at KaryaOne 21 at Dewan Agong Tuanku Canselor
(DATC)
STRENGTH

As stated by Shewan (2017), strength is one of the elements

that deals with things that will be good in one thing as the technical
division of IPAC KaryaOne has the good strength in which the
technical items provided are very good without any problems
encountered. The strengths of IPAC KaryaOne technical are
collaborating in enforcing the assignment. Technical items can be
used properly. Technical items are also great to use without any
problems. all technical tools when IPAC KaryaOne works well
without any problems.

In addition, the IPAC Technical Team IPAC KaryaOne and

even all IPAC production teams have provided a good cooperation
in implementing this IPAC and become one of the works in which
the resulting work can be demonstrated to all students of Fakukti
Film, theater and the animation (FiTA) in the Work One.

In conclusion, the strengths in my technical IPAC Team One

are their own and the way they handle the problem perfectly when
things happen Their full commitment is their voice, voicing their
opinions, all of which we have done during the construction of IPAC
on the KaryaOne Day.

WEAKNESS

Each deparment also has weaknesses and not all in the

deparment have no weaknesses on their own. The disadvantages
of the Technical Team IPAC are having problems in terms of lending
of technical goods because the goods are limited. The weakness is
that there is a lack of technical goods that are not loaned at the
beginning of time. various efforts have been made so that all
technical items are ready and ready to be used.

Furthermore, there are many challenges when doing a loan

and each of the items to be borrowed is not in stock and all have
been borrowed by other deparment because all of them for the
provision of KaryaOne.

OPPORTUNITIES

IPAC can create where the works are produced and can be
displayed by all students in order to inspire the work created
through the project being implemented. With this existence, many
create a good opportunity as well as the participating students can
provide a healthy rival to produce great works on par with
international films and in the country.

The existence of this IPAC gives a new inspiration where all

the students' work and guidance can reveal the greatness of itself
and inspire other students to be active in the field of industry.

THREATS

The threat faced by the lending letter are not entertained and
it is difficult to borrow technical goods. the form was sent earlier but
the form was ignored and it made it difficult for us to reference the
technical staff in the faculty.
 Besides The threat faced was on the day of the atmosphere
of the Carnival FiTA Preneur tent in the tents was very hot and no
air conditioners were installed and made it difficult for other
technical personnel to install technical tools in the IPAC booth. The
incident lasted until the third day of the hot temperatures in the
camp made it difficult to visit and make it difficult for FiTA students
to visit our booth.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, thanks to all of deparment because this project

can be carried out as best as possible without any major problems
with the IPAC project. I am very grateful to Mr Azlan who worked
together in carrying out this project and in every other deparment in
the success of this IPAC.
 

I am also very grateful to my technical team in working

together in providing technical tools and collaborating on all
technical matters and assisting other deparment and successful
IPAC and hopefully this will be a starting point in life in order to
produce a good work and we do well in this IPAC.
