Instructions for filling Business Plan-2014

This Business plan contains six sheets. Out of six you have to fill only one sheet that is "Monthly Plan".

Refer "Example" sheet before you start filling actual monthly plan sheet.

Put your ALC Name, ALC Intake Capacity & ALC Code in upper most part of the Monthly plan sheet.

Decide various categories you want to focus for respective month. Select it from drop down menu.

Fill your actual 2013 admissions in the "2012-Actual Admissions in number" and "2013-Actual Admissions
sheet.

Plan your expected admissions for the year 2014 and write it in "2014-Target Admissions in number" in Mo

Select type of promotions you will prefer to that category.

You can also add your own promotion plan in the "Other" option.
Based on the your whole activities make a "My institutes FINAL Activity plan"
and write it down in Monthly plan sheet.

Discuss this plan with respective TLC/WLC & LLC coordinator.

Your monthly business plan will be ready in the "Business Plan Dashboard".
Take a print out of only "Business Plan Dashboard" sheet.

Put ALC seal & signature below declaration in the "Business Plan Dashboard" sheet.
Also take a seal and signature of respective TLC/WLC & LLC coordinator on the same "Business Plan Dashb

Scan & upload only "Business Plan Dashboard" print out on Solar as per the schedule.

At the end of each month please enter your actual admission in monthly plan sheet & track the progress.
After that there is NO need to upload the same on SOLAR.
Keep hard copy of these sheets' with you & LLC for ferther assistance.
