AMENDMENT TO DEED OF SALE OF PORTION OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AMENDMENT is in reference to the DEED OF SALE OF PORTION OF LAND

executed at _____________________ by __________________________ (Vendor) in favor of
__________________________ (Vendee) on _______________ noted and entered in the Notarial Register of
__________________________, as Doc. No. ______, Page No. ______, Book No. ______, Series of ______. Said
Deed refers to the sale of portion of land situated in _____________________________________, covered
by Original Certificate of Title No. ________ of the Registry of Deeds for the ______________________.

May it be known that the undersigned parties do hereby agree to make the following
AMENDMENT to the aforementioned Deed as follows:

That the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) already issued a

Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) involving the sale of
the subject portion of land in favor of __________________________;

That, however, Original Certificate of Title No. ___________ was

already cancelled and in lieu thereof Transfer Certificate of Title
No. __________________ was issued but still in the name of the seller,
________________________________________;

That, in order to facilitate the transfer of the subject parcel of land in

favor of the buyer, __________________________, and in order to truly
reflect the intention of the parties in the Deed, we hereby agree and
acknowledge that the aforementioned DEED OF SALE OF PORTION
OF LAND, be changed and be it known as DEED OF ABSOLUTE
SALE;

That, therefore, in order to conform the aforementioned Deed of

Absolute Sale, the subject parcel of land is now covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. ________________________ and no longer
by Original Certificate of Title No. ________ of the Registry of Deeds for
the _____________________________;

This amendment shall be valid and supersede any earlier provisions in the Deed
inconsistent therewith.
