Subject Responsible

Kick-off meeting for mock-up test in Yankin PPP Project was held and following subjects
was discussed and settled in this meeting.

1, Purpose of mock-up test

Kajima settled the purpose of mock-up test by I&H as followings.

- Confirmation of I&H production capacity

- Confirmation of validity of PCa shape
- Confirmation according to the latest design drawing
- Confirmation of validity of each tolerance
- Flow up result of mock-up test by High Tech Precast Co., Ltd.

Kajima commented that applicable tolerance value for PCa member shall be developed
due to execution of mock-up test since the tolerance has not been specified in Project till
now.

2, Schedule for mock-up test

Based on submitted schedule as shown in Attachment-1, the detail for each work was
confirmed.

The latest planning schedule achieved already to the following condition which Mr.
Yamamoto PD requested as collateral condition in Contract.

Email body dated on 12th of July 2018 from Mr. Yamamoto PD;
At least each 1 set of column/ beam to be complete your fabrication, ready for
inspection by Kajima Tokyo, VMD scheduled for 12/ SEP.

The target date for starting of installation work was settled as 27th of Sep. 2018 in this I&H and HBCG
meeting.

3, Submittal document
Kajima requested and settled following submittal and submittal date as shown in Table 1 I&H
below. The detail to be described in each document is shown in Attachment-2.

Kajima distributed the following reports (Attachment-3, -4 and -5) as feedback item in Kajima, I&H and
Mock-up test dealt by I&H and HBCG HBCG

Instruction Comments from Mr. Brian (KYP) for;

- Precast Mock Up (Attachment-3)
- Precast Mock up Installation at High Tech Precast Factory (Attachment-4)
- Precast Mock up Grouting at High Tech Precast Factory (Attachment-5)

5, Others

1) Propping point on column member

In order to arrangement for installation of necessary embedded item into column
member, I&H requested Kajima to give the information regarding of the number and
location of embedded item, which connecting with propping connector HBCG will install.
HBCG will inform the information to I&H due to going through by Kajima by 21st of July Kajima
2018.

2) Necessary area of working platform for installation work

I&H introduced the planning of working platform for installation work with Attachment-6.
The location is planned in I&H Hmawbi factory and the size is width; 17m, length; 4m
such that the area may cover the shape of mock-up member after installation.
As result of discussion, it was settled that the stick-out part; (300mm height) from
concrete basement does not need to be installed since the joint part with upper column
will be grouted after the new floor will be made as equal level with lower column top.
I&H requested Kajima to confirm the necessary area for Installation working platform Kajima
since I&H will start to prepare the execution.

3) Visiting on I&H Hmawbi factory I&H

To know the detail of working area in I&H Hmawbi factory, both, Kajima and HBCG
offered to visit on I&H Hmawbi factory as planned.

For Kajima; 20th of July 2018

For HBCG; Within this week (one day from 18th to 21st of July 2018)

In the case of Kajima visiting, Kajima requests to see the concreting procedure including
of quality control for PCa Girder production.
