Issued Zoning Verification Letters by conducting research on current zoning, overlays, recorded plats, approved plans,
past entitlements, and other useful documents to combine in an official letter to provide to applicants for their use
Reviewed submittals for Minor Development Plan Review for site, building, and landscape modifications by marking
up submitted plans with comments and concerns, then issued a decision letter once plans were okay to proceed
Prepared staff reports for Use Permits by conducting research on the property and coordinating with other relevant
departments for any foreseeable issues with recommendations to present upon the Development Review Commission

Cleaned up data on group homes utilizing ArcGIS software by comparing records in SIRE to data inserted on
spreadsheets and attribute tables to result in accurate data on group homes with current info on operating group homes
Fixed up polygons that were not accurately representing parcels for zoning adjustment cases by utilizing ArcGIS edit
tools in order to result in more accurate representation of the records that use ArcGIS for spatial representation
Shadowed the zoning counter by listening on customers’ requests and observing processes that planners at the counter
conduct in order to get a better understanding of how the planning department operates in the City of Phoenix
