1- Slub Yarn
Slub yarn refers to yarn that has been purposely spun with slubs (thicker sections
along the yarn). Slubs are deliberately created to produce a desired effect. While it
was once seen only as a defect, slub yarn is now intentionally recognized to give
fabric more personality.
2- Murata Vortex Spun Yarn (MVS)
Vortex yarn is spun with a unique technology. Its yarn structure optimizes the
characteristics of its component fibers. Below are the features of Vortex yarn:

Less hairiness

Resistance to pilling

Moisture absorption

Wash resistance
3- Murata Jet Spun Yarn
To achieve better wrapping of edge fibers Murata Jet Spinning (MJS) uses contra-
rotating twin jets. On MJS machine, we also spin various other materials such as
cotton, synthetic fiber, regenerated fiber and blended fiber. Following are the basis
advantages to spun yarn on MJS Machine.

Less hairiness & clear appearance

High resistance to pilling & abrasion

High moisture absorption

Less shrinkage & high wash resistance

4- Slub Core Spun Yarn

Slub Core spun yarn is created by twisting staple fibers around a central filament core
with Slub. It’s mainly used in the fashion segment for making denim based products.

5- Ring Spun/Compact Spun Double Yarn on Doubling Machine

A yarn in which two or more single yarns are twisted together in one operation e.g.
two-fold yarn, three fold yarn etc. whether it’s on Compact or Ring Spun. There are
many purposes where doubled yarn is used. Sometimes thread is doubled to make
warp for weaving, and it is invariably used for the manufacture of knitting yarn,
crochet yarn and sewing yarn. .

6- Open End Yarn

Open-end spinning is a technology for creating yarn without using a spindle. And we
are producing Open end yarn with regenerated cotton for domestic market.

7- Poly Cotton Yarn

In this type of yarn the cotton part is usually less than Polyester. The poly cotton yarn
commonly has a blend of polyester and cotton. Two of the most frequently sold
blends in polyester cotton yarn are of 65:35 and 52:48.

8- Manmade / Blended Yarn

All of the man-made fibres can be blended with natural fibres or with other man-made
fibres. Blended Yarn fabrics are made from yarns in which two or more manmade
fibres are mixed together before yarn is spun. Some examples of synthetic fabrics
include polyester, acrylic, nylon, rayon, spandex, lycra etc.
9- 100% Grey Cotton Ring Spun Yarn
Ring spinning is a method of spinning fibers, such as cotton, flax or wool, to make a
yarn. Yarn is made by twisting and thinning the cotton strands to make a very fine,
strong, soft rope of cotton fibers. In Ring-Spun Yarns, twisting takes place from the
outside inwards

10- Compact Yarn

The compact spinning is a process where fiber strand drawn by drafting system is
condensed before twisting it. In compact spinning, the edge fibers are completely
taken up into the yarn formation. It is unique in producing fully compacted quality
yarn. There are four basic advantages for spinning yarn on Compact machines:

Reduced hairiness

Maximum strength and elongation

Minimum environmental impact

Unequalled wearing comfort

11- Siro yarn

Siro spun yarn technology is different from conventional ring spinning, Siro spun
yarn is processed on double rove feeds then drawn on rollers and after that it is
twisted like one rove. This technology results in a smoother, durable and low hairy
yarn.

12- Slub Core

Slub Core spun yarn is created by twisting staple fibers around a central filament core
with Slub, It’s mainly high end uses for Fashion segment making denim products

13- Core Spun Yarn

Core spun, or “polycore”, yarn is created by twisting staple fibers around a central
filament core, usually made of polyester for extra strength. It is 40% to 50% stronger
than normally spun yarn of the same weight, and reduces the number of broken
stitches when sewing seams and hems on denim. The CORE-SPUN YARN used to
enhance functional properties of the fabrics such as strength, durability and stretch
comfort
